RECREATION THERAPY ASSISTS WITH...
PAIN MANAGEMENT
MENTAL HEALTH
PHYSICAL DISABILITY
Do you or your loved one experience chronic pain? While Recreation Therapy programs help people find more enjoyment in life, be more active, and socialize, it also offers Functional Intervention—which means it helps make your everyday life function better. Restore Recreation Therapy will help clients manage their pain to improve function in every day daily living tasks.
It's no secret that recreational activities ease the everyday stresses of life and have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression and improve self esteem. If you are struggling with mental health, Restore Recreation Therapy can help you with coping strategies by improving your physical, emotional, and cognitive well being.
A physical disability does not mean the end of physical activity. At Restore Recreation Therapy, we work with individuals who have a chronic or acquired physical disability. Our goal is to restore Quality of Life and Functional Intervention by providing the tools to strengthen your body (and mind!)
